  • Started as the first technical writer in the company.
  • As the company grew, I took on responsibility for all training and technical support.
  • In most companies, training, documentation, and technical support are separate departments and as such deliver conflicting information to customers. I designed my department to ensure consistent information. This approach was successful and we had a strongly positive reputation in the information analysis community. This was one of the characteristics that led Siebel Systems to acquire us.
